The Airport Badge Office is responsible for administering training and issuing Security Identification Badges for secured areas within the Airport and inside the Airport Operations Area (AOA). The badge office also controls/assigns access to secured areas and issues permits to ramp authorized vehicles. Our customers are comprised of airline/FBO employees, tenants, contractors, vendors, consultants, government employees, general aviation pilots and military personnel.

New Badges will be issued 09:00am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday
Renewals will be issued 06:00am-10:00pm Everyday
The ID Badge Office is located in the Airport Operations Office. If you do not have an Airport ID or your Badge is expired, call extension 4002 from a courtesy phone inside the terminal for access to the Airport Operations Office.
Appointments are required for all new & renewal badges. Please make an appointment at least 2 days in advance by contacting Airport Operations at (609)645-7895 *4702.
When scheduling an appointment for renewals, make sure you schedule enough time to take all applicable training.
All badge renewals will require appointments. Upon Renewal, you must retake all applicable training certifications/testing. Badges can be renewed up to 1 month before expiration. Badge holders that let their badge expire for less than 30 days will be charged a $25.00 re-activation fee. Badges that are expired for more than 30 days will have to go through the entire badge process again.
For example, if you have a Non-Driver, Sterile or AOA badge, you will have to retake the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) test. In addition, if you hold driving privileges for the ramp, you will have to take the Non-Movement Area Driving test, and if you are certified to drive on the movement area, you will have to retake the Runway Safety and Incursion Prevention, and the FAR Part 139.329—Pedestrians & Ground Vehicles tests. Please schedule the appropriate times you will need to complete all tests.
You must also bring 2 forms of ID at the time of renewal. See Page 6 of the Security ID Badge Application for a List of Acceptable Documents.
If your badge is lost or stolen, you must IMMEDIATELY report it to Airport Operations and by contacting the Airport Operations Office at (609) 645-7895 Ext. 2002. The Airport Operations Office is staffed 24 hours a day.
Fingerprint Fee - $50.00 (certified check or money order)
Lost Badge Fee - 1st Offense = $75.00; 2nd Offense = $100; 3rd Offense = $125 and/or individual may be considered for possible permanent revocation of ALL Security Badge ID privileges. LOST BADGE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Un-Returned Badge Fee - $100.00 per badge to be charged to the Tenant/Contractor/Company
Expired Badge Fee - $25.00 cash to be paid by the badge holder. Fee must be paid to the Receptionist at the Administration Office BEFORE Security Badge can be reactivated.
Company Signatories can access the Authorized Signatory Portal to deactivate an ID badge or request a Badge Deactivation by contacting the Airport Badge Office. Signatories are REQUIRED to inform Airport Operations of any changes to the status of their Employees, i.e., resigned/terminated or an Employment Eligibility Status Change. This must be done immediately and the Security Badge in question returned promptly.
