BY THE SOUTH JERSEY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
RELATING TO THE PROPOSED RULE AMDENDMENTS TO N.J.A.C. 19:75-1 et seq.

The South Jersey Transportation Authority (SJTA) will hold a public hearing pursuant to N.J.A.C. 1:30-5.5 at the following time and place to discuss the rule proposals as submitted to the Office of Administrative Law and as printed in the June 15, 2009 New Jersey Register, 41 N.J.R. 2454(a):
