OPRA Requests
Requests for access to public records under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) for the South Jersey Transportation Authority can be made in person at the SJTA Administrative Offices located at the Farley Service Plaza, Milepost 21.3 on the Atlantic City Expressway, Elwood, NJ 08217 and submitted to Heather Martin, Custodian of Records, between the business hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. , Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Requests must be submitted in writing on the OPRA Request Form and can be hand–delivered, mailed, transmitted electronically or faxed. Requests cannot be made by telephone.

Fee Schedule for copies of records requested (effective 11/9/10):
Letter Sized Page = $.05
Legal Sized Page = $.07
*Electronic Transfer = Free of Charge (i.e. records sent via email and fax)
