Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting Station Atlantic City International Airport
Project OverviewThe South Jersey Transportation Authority will begin construction of a new Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting Station at Atlantic City International Airport. The new 45,000 square foot building will feature multiple vehicle bays, administrative and staff living areas, enhanced equipment and apparatus facilities as well as room for training requirements. The initial Construction phasing of the Project will begin in November 2011. The entire project is expected to take eighteen (18) months. Throughout the project, SJTA will provide project updates on the construction progress.
