SJTA To Hold Hearings for Expressway Rules and Regulations

Hamilton Township (Atlantic County): The South Jersey Transportation Authority (SJTA), owner and operator of the Atlantic City Expressway (ACE), will hold meetings to provide the public with an opportunity to comment on the SJTA proposal for re-adoption of the Atlantic City Expressway Rules and Regulations, with Amendments. If a person is unable to attend one of the meetings, written public comments should be submitted to Kevin Rehmann at the South Jersey Transportation Authority, P.O. Box 351, Hammonton, New Jersey 08037, or faxed to (609) 965-7315. Public comments must be submitted no later than July 19, 2013.

The Proposal can also be viewed on the Authority’s Website under the Public Notice Section ( and will be published in the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law’s 2013 New Jersey Register on May 20, 2013.

The following dates, times and locations for public meetings are:

- June 5, 2013: from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the SJTA Administration Building, located at Milepost 21.3, Atlantic City Expressway, Elwood, New Jersey 08217

- June 6, 2013: from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Deptford Township Municipal Building, located at 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford, New Jersey 08096

- June 7, 2013: from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Winslow Township Municipal Court, 125 South Route 73, Braddock, New Jersey 08037
