Runway 4-22 Blast Pad Reconstruction  Atlantic City International Airport

Project Overview

Project consists of demo and reconstruction of the Blast Pad on Runway 4-22. Major work items include and are not limited to: 5,550 SY of asphalt pavement demolition, 8,000 CY of unclassified excavation, 1,300 CY of crushed aggregate base course, 1,830 tons of HMA surface course ¾-inch max. aggregate (PG 76-22). Also included is temporary and permanent pavement markings, concrete spall repair, demolition of existing and installation of a threshold lighting system with associated electrical wiring and infrastructure, installation of an under drain system, and general site grading and seeding.
