RESOLUTION 2009-27 OF THE SOUTH JERSEY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION OF THE AMENDED AND RESTATED 2009 SUBORDINATED NOTE RESOLUTION
Resolution for the approval of the amendment and restatement of the 2009 Subordinated Note Resolution adopted on January 15, 2009. This resolution will amend the 2009 Subordinated Note Resolution to allow the notes to be transferable to other qualified institutional buyers.
