NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
SOUTH JERSEY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY WILL HOLD
PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR THE SOUTH JERSEY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY’S PROPOSAL FOR ADOPTION OF THE BUS MANAGEMENT
RULES AND REGULATIONS WITH AMENDMENTS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Executive Director has scheduled two public hearings to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the South Jersey Transportation Authority’s (the Authority) Proposal for adoption of the Bus Management Program Rules and Regulations. This Proposal can be viewed on the Authority’s website, under the Public Notice Section (www.sjta.com). The Proposal was published in the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law’s 2017 New Jersey Register on July 3, 2017. All written public comments should be submitted to Lauren R. Staiger, Esq., at Gilmore & Monahan, P.A., 10 Allen Street, P.O. Box 1540, Toms River, New Jersey 08754, Fax Number: (732) 244-1840. Email comments may be sent to busrules@sjta.com. Public comments must be submitted no later than September 1, 2017.
Public hearings are scheduled as follows:
• July 31, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the SJTA Administration Building, located at Milepost 21.3, Atlantic City Expressway, Elwood, New Jersey 08217
• August 10, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Atlantic City International Airport, Large Conference Room, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey 08234
