Public Notices - Auction Rules

Payment must be made to the South Jersey Transportation Authority

Successful bidders will receive one receipt for all of their purchases, unless the buyer requests an individual receipt for each item purchased

An amount of at least 10% must be made the day of the auction to secure the bid.  All payments must be made in cash or certified check.

Equipment may be taken at the time of the auction if full payment has been made.

No exchange of items between bidders will be permitted until the sale is final.

The South Jersey Transportation Authority has the right to reject any and all bids.
