The Authority has the right to reject any and all bids

All Sales Final – Non-refundable Deposits

Pre-Sale Inspection: All items to be sold at this Public Auction may be inspected at the Atlantic City Expressway Maintenance Yard between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM on Thursday October 20th, 2005.

Note: Purchased items must be removed by Tuesday October 26th, 2005 between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Instructions:
Payment must be made to the South Jersey Transportation Authority

Successful bidders will receive one receipt for all of their purchases, unless the buyer requests an individual receipt for each item purchased

An amount of at least 10% must be made the day of the auction to secure the bid.  All payments must be made in cash or certified check.

Equipment may be taken at the time of the auction if full payment has been made.

No exchange of items between bidders will be permitted until the sale is final.

Balance amount of sale is due on Tuesday, October 26, 2005 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the Central Maintenance Yard offices [site of auction], milepost 28, Atlantic City Expressway.  All payments must be made in exact amount certified check or cash.  Vehicles must be picked up during this time.

Auction items may be picked up on Monday, October 25, 2005 but the Bidder must first remit the balance in full at the South Jersey Transportation Authority’s main office at milepost 21.3, Atlantic City Expressway, Elwood N. J., before picking up vehicle at the Authority’s Central Maintenance Yard.

Successful bidder for the fill dirt at ACY can take up to 3 months to remove the dirt from its location.

The South Jersey Transportation Authority has the right to reject any and all bids.
